Mesh nodes look identical once unplugged, but each one had a specific job covering a specific part of the house, so the labeling step matters more than anything technical here. Do that and reinstalling at the new place is a five-minute job.
Pro tip: Take a screenshot of your node map and connection speeds from the app before disassembling the system, so you have a baseline to compare against once it is set up at the new place.
Watch out: Mixing up power adapters between the main router node and satellite nodes can cause underperformance or, on some models, actual damage; keep each adapter bundled with its own node.
